Family with children convenience

I booked this last minute and guess what they let us check in early, room was already ready for us. The breakfast was simple but they offered tasty baked beans which you don’t get everywhere, little things really count.

It wasn’t the cheapest stay but for the price fairly reasonable.

The room was spacious and clean with comfy beds, making for a lovely night's sleep. the breakfast was quite minimal, and some areas of the hotel could use a refresh. it suited our needs nicely before catching our flight in the morning.

I needed a last-minute hotel close to the airport and it turned out to be great! The room was freshly redecorated with a comfy bed. It was nice to unwind in the small garden area after a long day. The shower room could use a little update, but it definitely didn’t ruin my good vibes. 🌟

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, luggage storage, and helpful staff. They assisted with my elderly parents during my first stay, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it for comfort and service! I'm coming back for a holiday.

i recently stayed at gatwick inn for one night and was really pleased. the room was freshly decorated and cozy, which was a nice touch. the location is easy to find, especially for accessing gatwick buses. the helpful receptionist even came outside to guide me on parking, which I appreciated.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We golfed at Effingham Park and enjoyed walks at Tilgate Park. The room was clean, and the beds super comfy. Great value for the price. Just a heads up, the WiFi can be spotty, so plan accordingly!

We had issues with the TV not working. The remote batteries were old and leaked.

The location is really convenient. Just a short bus ride to Gatwick for only £2 each saved a lot on taxi fares. The TV had apps, so I could watch my own Netflix, which was a nice touch after a long day. Ample storage space made it easy to unpack. the shared facilities weren't maintained well. No toilet paper was provided, and the shower cubicle had mould. The beds were lumpy, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The toilet was very noisy, making it hard to relax. We had to lug our luggage up three steep flights of stairs with no lift, which was exhausting. The breakfast options were very basic, just two cereals with boxed milk. Not great overall, but the check-out time at 11 am was good.

The family room offered adequate space for a night, though it leaned toward a cozy feel rather than extravagant comfort. Clean towels and some basic beverages were provided to help make the stay a touch more agreeable.

Upon entering the room, I was taken aback by the taped-up windows, raising immediate safety concerns. The heating system was non-existent, leaving the atmosphere uncomfortably cold, and hot water was hard to come by, creating an inconvenient scenario for a simple refresh after traveling. The bathroom had issues too. the window frame stuck with tape and a hinge that appeared broken didn’t inspire confidence in overall maintenance. I didn't appreciate having to request a room transfer purely for the safety of my travel party, which should be a given. The noisy pipes through the walls were another distraction that disrupted what little peace the stay offered. no proper dining options were around, complicating meals further.

staying at gatwick inn was great! our family fit perfectly in the family room, accommodating two teenagers and two toddlers. the fridge with water bottles was a nice touch. comfy beds helped us rest before our early flight, and the location was super convenient!
